This Surface Mount Ceiling Frame is perfect to mount our LEDPanelStore LED Panel Lights in locations without suspended ceiling grid (e.g. plasterboard ceilings) . Surface mount kits are ideal for offices, schools, hospitals etc. where recessed mounting is not possible.
The kit screws to the ceiling. The panel is then slid in, and the remaining side then screws on to complete the installation.
The frame has sufficient depth to accommodate the LED driver and one of our emergency packs if required. (the driver should be placed in the centre of the panel to allow good heat dissipation)

This mount that was used for mounting the LED light panel is quite flexible but I would have to say that it is a bit difficult to mount. However, it does sit relatively flush to the ceiling leaving you with a window or a sky window like feeling. The build quality is pretty solid and the screws provided are sufficient for what the job needs.

these kits allow us to apply the LED panels to ceilings. These are much better quality than we have used before as these are metal and the previous ones used were plastic

Looks fine once installed. Cable access point would be helpful when mounting on to a solid ceiling but as material is very thin it is easy to drill.

A useful frame with enough space to fit a 6MM sheet of glass together with the LED panel to enable me to cut and trace without damaging the panel surface.

I work from home as a chiropodist and needed a bright light for my room. This led panel light is brilliant. Would highly recommend this type of light for any space that needs good lighting. Looks good as well. Don't forget to order the ceiling bracket for it though.

Instuctions need revising, lots of holes and screws but only shows where 2 of the screw go, dont know if i was doing wrong but if i didnt do what i did the casings would not have been as secure!

I have installed these into my new build garage and hope they last as good as they look, very good light. When people ask me where I sourced them I would recommend this company. so far the quality looks very good.

It comes flat packed which takes a few minutes with assembly. Perhaps not quite as nice to look at as the type with the spring held side but a lot cheaper and still very tidy.
